Water-based multifunctional protective top coating

Product description: Waterborne multifunctional protective primer is a new type of water environmental protection paint which is completely different from the traditional solvent type coating. It has no environmental pollution and can be dry at room temperature.As adopting water-based and environmental functional fillers, compounding waterborne environment-friendly emulsion, importing foreign function of crosslinking technology, it can be diluted directly with water which is comparable to the traditional oil paint. It can replace traditional alkyd varnish on metal surface and nitrocellulose lacquer in wood substrate which greatly reduces the damage to the human body during the construction process。

It can be widely used in guardrails, doors and windows, furniture, radiator, metal tools, pipes, inside and outside wall surface。

The area of the brush is a theoretical calculation of the amount of paint. Factors such as construction methods, construction skills, coating surface conditions and construction environment will affect the actual amount of paint consumption。

1、Surface treatment：The surface of the bottom to be painted must be completely flat and dry, without oil stains, dust and sundries. The pH value is 6~10。

2、Construction description：

1.Brush, roll, air spray, high pressure airless spraying.
2.Dilution method: Please mix the paint evenly before painting, if the viscosity is high, please can add proper amount of water but no more than 20%, and stirring at the same time to ensure that the lacquer liquid is uniform.
3.Construction environment: Keep ventilation during construction and do not work under the conditions of ambient temperature below 5℃ or humidity of 85%.
4.Film thickness: ≥30μm(single dry film)
5.Recoating interval: Rocoat soon after the surface is dry.

1.The paint tank must be put in a place where the child cant touch it.
2.If the skin or hair is contaminated, please rinse with a large amount of water immediately. If the eye is contaminated, please rinse with a large amount of water immediately and go to the hospital in time.
3.Storage conditions: cool, dry and well ventilated environment at 5~35℃ to avoid direct sunlight and keep the container seal. It should be kept in isolation from strong acid, strong alkali, strong oxidizer, food and animal feed.
